A safe next step after hospital-led rehabilitation.
Our mission

Recovery is not a finish line. It is a life rebuilt with others.

Heartline continues rehabilitation when hospital programmes finish, giving people with heart and heart-related conditions a safe place to become stronger.

From our base at Middleton Arena, we combine appropriate movement with practical encouragement, conversation and community. Members can progress without pressure and stay connected through setbacks as well as successes.

The confidence to live beyond a diagnosis

“I was nervous about exercising without the hospital team nearby. Heartline gave me the reassurance to begin, and the friendships made me want to come back.”

“You see the change in people slowly: first they stay for a cup of tea, then they join the walk, then they are the one welcoming somebody new.”
